Is it ok to follow the beauty detox while breast feeding? I'm sure it's healthier than my eating habits, but is there something else I should add to the program?
Yes, definitely! There may be some additional items you add while pregnant -- such as vegan DHA/EPA or an organic multivitamin, or even a plant-based protein, if your body craves it. When pregnant, your body's needs shift (often daily!) so its especially important to listen to it closely and adjust your diet based on how you feel. Nobody else is there in your body, and thus they cannot tell you exactly what to eat--especially during this critical time.
