Your domestic order is shipped within 2-3 business days from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on where you are located in the country.
We are not able to update a shipping address once an order has been processed. Please be sure all info is complete and correct with no typos or spelling errors before submitting your order. We are not able to reship orders due to incorrect addresses.
Shipping times are estimates given by the carrier, however carriers do not guarantee shipping times.
There is a 30 character max on each address line, including spaces. Please be sure to use address line 2 if your address contains more than 30 characters to ensure your shipping label is correct and you are able to receive your order.
International customers: Please choose USPS shipping at your own risk. It is often the most economical option so we want to give you that choice. However, other shippers are more reliable and more easily tracked. Once your order leaves our fulfillment center we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly delivered items.
International Customers: International order delivery times can vary greatly depending on the shipping method you choose and your location. Please consider the time estimates given on the checkout page to be very rough guides.
International Customers: Please note that you will be responsible for any customs fees charged by your country. Also note that we do not currently ship to South Africa, Germany, or Denmark. Our authorization for those countries is in progress and we look forward to expanding our shipping options there very soon.
If your tracking states your package was delivered and you have not yet received it, please verify your shipping address is correct on your order. Sometimes tracking will show as delivered a day or two before actual delivery. If you have not received it after 2 business days, please let us know!
